Important Guidelines
Parcels must be opened and checked in the presence of the delivery personnel.
If the parcel is opened after the delivery person leaves or checked by someone else, no exchange, return, or refund will be applicable for any issue.
Our team is always ready to assist immediately if any problem is identified at the time of delivery.

Before Placing an Order
Product color and design may slightly vary due to lighting conditions, photography, or device screen differences.

At the Time of Delivery
Products must be checked in front of the delivery personnel.
Once delivery is completed, no complaints, returns, or refund requests will be accepted.
Return Conditions
General Returns
For general returns, delivery charges must be borne by the customer.
Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective, Altābībīr Bunon will bear the return delivery charge.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, worn, or washed sarees are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.
